Late, Tardy and  No Show Policy 

Spa Tardy, No-Show, and Cancellation Policy:

 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays in your schedule. However, to ensure the best experience for all our guests, we have implemented the following policies:

 

Arrival Time: We kindly request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and preparation.

We value your time and the time of our other clients. In the event that you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to shorten your session to accommodate other scheduled appointments following yours. If there are no appointments scheduled immediately after your allotted time, and depending on the circumstances, we reserve the right to grant you your full original appointment duration. However, in such cases, a tardy fee of 300 PHP may be assessed and added to your appointment. This fee is intended to cover the costs associated with retaining staff beyond their scheduled hours to accommodate your late arrival. Please note that we are unable to extend your appointment beyond our scheduled closing time. For specific information regarding our operating hours, please refer to the details provided for each branch.

Cancellation: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the inability to schedule future appointments without pre-payment.

No-Show: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be considered a no-show. No refunds will be provided for missed appointments that have been pre-paid, as we have retained and paid staff to be available for your service.

Partial Party No-Show: If only part of your party shows up for the appointment and the rest are no-shows, the no-show fee of 300 PHP will apply to each of the missing party members, as staff has been paid and retained for your services.

 

Cancellation Fees:

Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

For cancellations with less than 2 hours' notice or no-shows, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

Online Bookings: Our online bookings are non-refundable and non-rebookable. However, these treatments can be transferred with your endorsement.

Payment: Tardy and no-show fees, if added to your total bill, must be paid before your next appointment.

 

Repeated Tardiness/No-Shows: Repeated tardiness or no-shows may result in the requirement of pre-payment for future appointments or the inability to schedule future appointments.

By booking an appointment with us, you agree to abide by our spa tardy, no-show, and cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
